At Melbourne Winery, this is a lot more than ‘just’ a gift card… It’s an experience.
1. Redemption
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Melbourne Winery, 247 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000, for food, beverages, masterclasses, or prepaid experiences unless otherwise stated. Vouchers cannot be used for purchases through our online store.
2. Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be granted.
3. Usage
Vouchers may be used across multiple visits until the balance is exhausted. Remaining balances will be retained on the voucher for future use.
4. Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can any unused balance be refunded.
5. Transferability
Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be gifted to another recipient. Melbourne Winery accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of a voucher.
6. Minimum Spend
If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
7. Booking with a Voucher
Bookings using gift vouchers must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please notify staff at the time of booking if you intend to use a voucher.
8. Cancellation Policy
Vouchers used for bookings or events follow our standard cancellation policy. Missed bookings or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the voucher value.
9. Promotions
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, or set menus unless specified.
10. Right to Amend
Melbourne Winery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
