While we don't have on-site parking, there are several secure parking facilities on Flinders Lane. We are just a 2min walk from Flinders St Station, so we recommend training it in.

We are open 7 days a week 12pm till late.

Yes, you are welcome to bring one celebration cake per booking or event. Please ensure it is clearly labeled with your booking name and any specific storage instructions. A cakeage fee of $5 per person applies to cover storage and handling. Please discuss your requirements with our team when booking.

Yes, we feature live music on select evenings, including performances by DJs and live bands. The schedule varies weekly; please inquire when booking to learn about upcoming performances.​

Our music selection includes progressive house, pop, funk, and jazz, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.​

Guests under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult, such as a parent, grandparent, or guardian. However, minors are not permitted to consume alcohol on the premises under any circumstances.​

Yes, we have a limited number of high chairs available. Please advise us upon booking if you require one to ensure availability.​

Melbourne Winery is a fully licensed venue and does not permit BYO food or beverages, with the exception of one celebration cake per booking or event

For prepaid events, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. Non-attendance due to illness or personal reasons does not entitle guests to a refund or transfer to another event.​

For a la carte bookings, we have a 24hr cancellation or no show fee of $20pp. (This is inclusive of complimentary masterclasses)

Yes, we cater to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, and lactose intolerance. Please advise us of any specific requirements upon booking to ensure suitable options are available.​

Yes, we accept AMEX, as well as Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately, we do not accept Diners Club cards.

While we do not split bills, multiple payments can be made. Orders are placed via our QR code system and can be paid for either on your phone or with your waiter at the end of your dining session.​

We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on subsequent reservations.​

You can request a table and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. However, we cannot guarantee as it depends on existing bookings and events.​

Melbourne Winery offers a Modern Australian menu, featuring a wide range of items including our very own oyster bar, a cheese room, small plates, pizzas, salads, steaks, and pasta. Our unique approach encourages guests to select their wine first, with food options curated to complement your choice.​

We require smart casual attire. The following are considered unacceptable:​

• Active or sporting attire of any kind or brand​
• Ripped, torn, or soiled clothing​
• T-shirts with offensive designs or words​
• Work singlets or tank tops​
• Manual work clothing or boots (including all steel cap boots)​
• Unclean, untidy, or torn footwear. Ugg boots, rubber gum boots​

Management reserves the right to refuse entry if our dress code is not adhered to or if your attire or behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers ranging from $50 to $1000, redeemable for food and beverages at Melbourne Winery. BUY HERE. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and must be redeemed by the expiration date. Please note that these cannot be redeemed within our online store.​

Currently, we do not offer a takeaway food menu. 

Yes, events are our specialty, and we can accommodate groups of any size. For private events, a signed agreement and deposit are required to secure the booking. Please contact our events team to discuss your requirements. info@melbournewinery.au
