Once you’ve made a reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your personalised Booking Hub. To access it, simply verify your mobile number. From there, you can manage and enhance your booking experience with the following features.
EDIT YOUR BOOKING
FOR PRE-PAID BOOKINGS
You can update your booking details, change the time, adjust the number of guests, or switch menu options. If you add more guests or select a higher-priced menu, any additional charges will be applied at checkout.
Need to reduce the number of guests or cancel? No problem, when you do, you’ll receive a voucher from us, valid for up to 12 months.
FOR A LA CARTE BOOKINGS
Easily change the time, number of guests, or menu via the booking hub. Note that cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking time. If you cancel after the cancellation window, a per-person cancellation fee of $20 applies.
INVITE GUESTS
Send personalised invitations by email or share a link! Your guests can RSVP, enter their details, and appear on your guest list. You’ll be notified whenever they respond. Guests get limited access to the Booking Hub, where they can:|
- Edit their RSVP
- View booking details
- Message the venue
- Start a tab
- Pre-order
START A TAB
Five days before your booking, you’ll be able to:
- Open a tab and prepay
- Share it with all or selected guests
- Top up the balance at any time
