THE CROISSANT BURGER

At the center of this craving sits the Croissant Burger.
A contradiction by design. Buttery, delicate layers that you’d usually have in the morning have been reimagined as something far more indulgent… A burger bun.
The Mayura Beef patty completely crosses any boundary between sweet and savoury, creating something strangely improper, but damn good… served with fries of course

And then there’s the Rosemary Smoked Negroni Sour. Enjoyed with the burger or on it’s own.
Smoked rosemary. Sharp citrus. Bitterness that lingers.
