Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- All Christmas Lunch bookings require full prepayment in Australian dollars at the time of reservation.
- Bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your ticket cannot be refunded.
- If your group size is not yet confirmed, we recommend booking for confirmed attendees and adding additional guests later through your confirmation email link. Please note that our events often sell out and additional tickets are subject to availability.
Participation & Service
- All guests in a booking must participate in the applicable Christmas Lunch package to ensure consistent service. We are unable to offer discounted tickets for non-drinkers.
- Final beverage orders will be taken 20 minutes before the event concludes.
- Melbourne Winery adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who is intoxicated or otherwise required under RSA obligations.
Dietary Requirements
- We can accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, as well as many allergies. Please provide all dietary requirements when making your booking so our kitchen can make appropriate arrangements.
Venue Policies
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the venue, staff and other patrons. Any damage caused by a guest may be charged to the responsible party.
- Melbourne Winery accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged during the event.
- Menu items, beverages, entertainment and other event inclusions may be subject to change due to seasonal availability, supplier availability or circumstances outside our control.
