We’ve teamed up with Aperol to bring a little drama to Melbourne Winery. Hidden behind an orange curtain, our secret Spritz Window is serving up Aperol Spritzes with a theatrical twist.
The rules?
Head to the bar, pay $1 and collect your token.
Find the orange curtain, ring the bell and hand your token through the window.
A white-gloved hand will take care of the rest.

Friday 30th October promotion: The first 125 Aperol Spritzes are available for $1 each from 5pm.
From Monday 3 November 2026, the first 25 Aperol Spritzes are available for $1 each, Monday to Friday.
Offer is strictly limited to one $1 Aperol Spritz per person.
Available on a first-come, first-served basis, while promotional allocations last.
Guests must purchase their promotional Spritz at the bar and collect a token before redeeming it at the Spritz Window.
Tokens must be redeemed on the day of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or other beverages.
Once the daily promotional allocation has been exhausted, standard pricing of $18 per Aperol Spritz applies.
Offer is available to guests aged 18 years and over only. Valid photo identification may be required.
All service is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements. Melbourne Winery reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable laws.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
